From building sets, props and making fake skin from glucose, to writing scripts with artists, planning shot lists with DOPs, coaching talent, and managing early/late bump ins/outs, Mikiyas thrives in the fast paced, spontaneous world of production where creativity and problem solving are two of the most important skills.
